What makes you different from a regular grocery store?
We are so glad you asked! We are centered around food allergies. We do not just have an aisle that is free of one or two allergens we have an entire store. You will find that you have choices here! Not just one or two brands, but many!
We have organized all the products by manufacturer and we give you their website and a QR code to make it easy to see how they handle allergens in the facility.
We are happy to help you find the foods you need! Consider us your personal tour guides…but please do the label reading yourself!
Since you are an allergy-friendly store, do I still need to read labels?
YES! Always read food labels, it is the only way to ensure your safety. We have a wide range of products and everything is safe from at least one allergen..but it might not be the one you need it to be safe from. Please read all labels, even if we recommend a product to you. We have about 1,000 products in the store and we do not know all the ingredients for every single one. If our memories were that good, we would have tried out for Jeopardy! by now.
Are your foods free of ALL allergens?
Unfortunately, there is no such thing…but if there was we would carry it! We do have many products that are free of the top 8 allergens.
Is everything in the store free of _____________ (select the allergen you would ask about)?
No. We want to accommodate as many people as possible so we carry a wide-range of products. Please read labels carefully.
You don’t carry a product that I am looking for, what should I do?
Please tell us! We carry as many requests as we can. We can’t get everything and not everything is right for our store, but we won’t know if you don’t ask. We love a good challenge. If you want us to find a type of product that is free of a certain allergen, put us on the hunt! If you have a brand you want, we will see if we can get it.
I bought a product that I do not like. Can I return it for a refund?
If there is an issue with the quality of the product, please contact the manufacturer. We can not do returns.
I bought a product but when I got come I discovered it was not safe for my allergy needs. The product is unopened, can I return it?
We have done that too and know it is frustrating. We are not able to do any returns. Please consider donating the food to an area food bank.
Can someone at the store help me with my medical diagnosis?
No! And you would not want us to. We have no medical backgrounds. We are happy to help you find foods that are safe once you do know what is causing the issue.
I would love to try some new products. Do you do samples?
We try to keep the store safe for everyone so we do not have any open food in the store and have decided not to do any samples.
Do you have other stores anywhere else?
